[Btx] Open Source BTX Decoder

Update:

* Die Refresh-Glitches sind behoben.
* Der Cursor ist sichtbar.
* Die Schrift vom C64 Decoder-Modul ist drin (und viel besser!)
* Der Code ist jetzt ganz okay, benutzt brav überall Header und hat fast keine Warnungen mehr.
* Layer 2 ist jetzt eine eigene Datei, und dokumentiert, daß wir keine Fehlerkorrektur machen.
* Cursortasten und Umlaute funktionieren am Mac
* Rendering auf macOS ist optimiert, Seitenverhältnis ist besser etc.
* suuuuuuuuper schnell!

Was noch fehlt:
* Blinken (fehlendes Feature im Original-Code!)
* Telesoftware
