also benutzt du offenbar das gleiche Softmodem. Und wie hast du  
neu-ulm.py per Socat angebunden?

Ich versuche es im Moment so:

root at raspberrypi:/usr/local/src/bildschirmtext/server# socat  
TCP-LISTEN:8289,reuseaddr,fork 'exec:python3 neu-ulm.py --baud=1200'
